On March 18, the second online meeting of the BFUG TPG C on Quality Assurance took place, which was chaired by Varduhi Gyulazyan, head of ANQA’s Institutional and Programme Accreditation Division.
On March 18, the Erasmus+ QA4VET project was launched at the Vardenis Medical-Humanitarian College, with the aim of enhancing the VET quality in Armenia. On March 18-19, the project's Armenian and international partners will introduce the work packages, the processes involved and the intended outcomes. The workshop will conclude with a session of the project’s governing board.
For the purpose of institutional accreditation, site visits to the Medical College after Mehrabyan and the College of Northern University will soon be conducted. On March 6, ANQA held a meeting with the participation of ANQA’s director, head of the Institutional and Programme Accreditation Division, as well as expert panels and coordinators of the two VET institutions.
On February 28, ANQA launched another training course for the preparation of student experts as part of the "Students’ Voice" project, with 26 students from Armenian HEIs and VET institutions taking part.
The Accreditation Committee, in its session on March 1, granted the Abovyan State College of Power Engineering institutional accreditation for a period of four years with conditions
