An online session of the ANQA Accreditation Committee took place on December 24th.
The accreditation of Yerevan State Medical University, Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia, and Vardenis Medical-Humanitarian College were on the agenda.
The members of the Accreditation Committee thoroughly discussed the external evaluation expert reports of these educational institutions. The follow-up plans of the institutions and their implementation reality were also touched upon.
By the decision of the Accreditation Committee members, YSMU received institutional accreditation for 6 years, PAARA and Vardenis Medical-Humanitarian College received conditional institutional accreditation for 2 years.
Note, YSMU and PAARA first had received institutional accreditation for 4 years in 2015. And Vardenis Medical-Humanitarian College is the first college in the Republic of Armenia to receive institutional accreditation.
