On June 8, ANQA launched six-day training for the VETs’ representatives on “Embedment of Quality Assurance System: Conduct of Institutional Self-Evaluation”.
During the training, the quality assurance system is considered as a mechanism that extracts data for decision-making. Participants get acquainted with quality assurance tools to understand which is the best way to collect reliable data in a particular situation.
KPI management, which assists institutions’ management staff in measurable and effective implementation of processes, is also at the core of the discussion.
During the training, participants acquire skills to set strategic goals and carry out all VETs’ quality management processes in a PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) cycle.
Next on, the participants, using the acquired skills, will make their annual work plans based on the quality assurance toolset
