The issues of online teaching were on the agenda of the meeting of ANQA staff and universities QA specialists.
The QA specialists of Universities presented how they perform online teaching and how the quality of online processes is assured.
They stated that students are highly involved in online lectures. But at the same time, the lack of a computer or internet connection impedes some students’ involvement in online classes.
Another issue that was raised was the teaching of practical subjects. For QA specialists it is uncertain how to be sure that the defined learning outcomes are achieved. The participants of the meeting shared their experience regarding this question.
The QA specialists also presented their best practice gained as a result of online teaching, assuring that they will develop it and use it in the education processes after the state of emergency.
