The experts’ visit within the accreditation process to Armenian State University of Economics, RA State Public Administration Academy and Yerevan Agricultural University is over. Earlier the experts had made visits to the Yerevan Haybusak University and Mkhitar Gosh Armenian-Russian International University.
On May 5-14 the expert groups made surveys in ASUE and its branches in Gyumri and Yexegnadzor, and on May 12-16 they visited Public Administration Academy and Yerevan Agricultural University. During the visit the experts had meeting-discussions with the university's rector, vice rectors, deans, department heads, students, university alumni and potential employers. Before the experts’ visit, universities had already submitted their self-analysis to ANQA using the required form. Experts heard the opinion of separate groups about proposed issues during the visit.
In the expert group are involved three experts from Armenia, an international expert and a student.
The process is organized and implemented by ANQA.
Hereby ends the experts’ visits to 5 universities which are passing institutional accreditation.
After the visits, the experts will finalize their observations and the panel chairman will present the final report. Afterwards the university will create an improvement plan based on the experts’ report and advice.
The final step of the process will be the decision of the accreditation committee.
