The expert panel conducted a site visit to the Ararat Regional State College for pilot peer review.
The experts and ANQA specialists who coordinate the process had meetings and discussions with the college principal, vice-principals, heads of chairs, heads of the practice and methodical department, career counselor, teaching staff, students, employers and other stakeholders. The Panel has also reviewed the documents.
Note that regional state colleges have made self-assessment report against two criteria “Academic programs” and “Teaching staff”. The specialists of regional state colleges, who have been trained in ANQA as experts, review the self-assessment reports and conduct site visits. As a result of each site visit, the expert panel will make a report giving recommendations for enhancement.
Earlier the expert panel had conducted site visits to Gegharkunik, Kotayk and Armavir regional state colleges.
