On April 22, the Accreditation Committee of the National Center for Quality Assurance (ANQA) Foundation held a session. The agenda included the institutional accreditation of Yerevan State University. The Accreditation Committee discussed the experts' reports on the institutional capacity of the institutions, considered the positively-negatively assessed areas, the strengths/weaknesses pointed out by the experts, the possible risks. It was also discussed how realistic the university follow-up programs are.
By the decision of the Accreditation Commission, Yerevan State University was granted institutional accreditation for 6 years.
This is the second cycle of accreditation. The first was in 2015 for 6 years.
