On September 12, within the scope of regular meetings with students, the The National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance Foundation (ANQA) hosted Brusov State University’s students in the master’s academic programmes "Management" and "Educational Sciences" .
At the core of the discussion with the students were the challenges of managing education, in particular, the issues of assessment processes through checking of knowledge, effective testing mechanisms and communication.
Ruben Topchyan, ANQA’s director, attached importance to the formation of systems thinking among students, which will provide an opportunity to analyze the significant problems in the higher education system and propose targeted solutions.
Referring to quality assurance issues, R. Topchyan emphasized that ANQA’s activities are directed towards forming a culture of quality enhancement and continuous development at the TLIs. In this context, the role of education managers with change management skills is significant.
