During the training, the participants presented their experience in improving the educational process, performed practical tasks, and during the final meeting, presented their model of improving academic programmes, which they applied and succeeded in their institutions.
The training organized to expand ANQA expert database is over. The aim of the training was, in addition to expanding the expert base, to increase the circle of specialists who spread quality culture.
The model included the presentation of experience on the following issues:
- Development of teaching methods,
- Effective assessment,
- Review of academic programmes,
- Preparation of effective tasks,
- Improving student attendance.
The future experts presented the experiences of improving the APs, reducing the number of students absent, and strengthening theoretical knowledge through practical assignments.
The presentations were accompanied by a "question-answer-discussion" logic, which was mutually beneficial. From this point of view, ANQA emphasizes the frequent conduct of training, courses, discussions on professional and educational topics. This allows creating and deepening academic ties between different HEIs, to promote the culture of quality assurance in different institutions of the RA.
It should be remembered that the participants selected by ANQA will soon be included in the upcoming accreditation processes as local experts.
