On July 14, ANQA carried out monitoring at Crises Management State Academy of the RA MES. Within the scope of the monitoring, meetings were held with the Academy's rector, vice-rectors, academic programmes’ managers, chairs, teachers, students and the quality assurance centre’s manager.
Hamlet Matevosyan, the rector of Crises Management State Academy of the RA MES, r/s major general, welcomed ANQA’s specialists and presented the education institution’s mission, research directions, and research works. Hamlet Matevosyan also introduced the institution’s role and activities toward the development of safety culture in society.
The changes and progress made in the institution after the accreditation, the existing challenges as well as the process of creating a culture of quality assurance were at the core of the monitoring. At the end of the monitoring, during the meeting with the management staff of the institution, the main results of the monitoring and the areas for enhancement were summarized.
The Crises Management State Academy of the RA MES was accredited in 2021, for a period of four years.
