The expert panel’s site visit to the Goris State University within the process of institutional accreditation has started.
On November 1-3 the expert panel will have meetings and discussions with the university rector, vice-rectors, deans, and heads of chairs, teaching staff, self-assessment implementation team, as well as students, alumnae, and employers. The experts will explore the documents in deaneries and chairs. They will also review the resources of the university.
The head of the expert panel is Robert Khachatryan, Ph.D. in philology, head of YSULSS Quality assurance center, head of the Education Management and Planning chair.
The other members of the panel are: Maciej Markowski, Quality assurance expert and International policy adviser of Polish Accreditation Committee, member of the Accreditation Council for Engaged and Entrepreneurial Universities (Netherlands); Varouzhan Atabekyan, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, head of the chair of Algebra and Geometry at the faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, YSU; Karen Mirzabekyan, Ph.D in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor at NPUA, and Anahit Hovakimyan, student at ASPU.
The process is coordinated by ANQA Institutional and Program Accreditation division specialist Lilit Pipoyan.
