The Armenian State University of Economics is being re-accredited. The accreditation process is coordinated by ANQA.
On October 7-12th the expert panel will make a site visit to the University. During the site visit, the expert panel will observe the enhancement of the University after the first institutional accreditation, the implementation of the follow-up plan and will make an external evaluation of the 10 criteria of institutional accreditation.
During the site-visit, the expert panel will have meetings with the university’s board of trustees, administrative leadership, teaching staff, students and alumnae, QA staff, self-assessment implementation team, employers, etc. The panel will also review the documents and resources, and conduct class observations.
After the external evaluation, the Accreditation Committee will make a decision on accreditation based on the expert report, the university's self-assessment and the follow-up plan.
Note that ASUE had received institutional accreditation for 4 years in 2015 and now has applied for re-accreditation.
