On March 18, the second online meeting of the BFUG TPG C on Quality Assurance took place, which was chaired by Varduhi Gyulazyan, head of ANQA’s Institutional and Programme Accreditation Division.
The meeting agenda featured a number of key issues, including:
- review process of the Standards and Gguidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG);
- presentation of TPGs’ action plans;
- discussion on the outcomes of BFUG meetings.
It should be noted that in 2025-2027, Armenia will co-chair the TPG C on Quality Assurance alongside France and Romania. ANQA represents Armenia in the group, with Varduhi Gyulazyan as its delegate.
During the meeting, Varduhi Gyulazyan shared the work plan of TPG C on Quality Assurance for 2025-2027, outlining the key priorities for the upcoming three years:
- implementation of ESG;
- Cross-border Quality Assurance (CBQA);
- QA of Transnational Education (TNE);
European Approach for QA of Joint Programmes;
- QA of European Universities Alliances;
- External QA of flexible learning pathways/lifelong learning.
The meeting concluded with a discussion and planning of further actions.
