Today ANQA director Ruben Topchyan met with the representatives of the YSULSS Career center. The goal of the meeting was to present the model of university-employer cooperation, its principle so that it can be applied by the university later.
Earlier the model had been piloted at the YSULSS Chair of English Communication and Translation. As a result, the academic programs had been enhanced based on the needs of employers. YSULSS administration has decided to expand the best practice of one chair in the whole university. ANQA’s university-employer cooperation model will be applied to all the academic programs of YSULSS from the next academic year.
Representatives of French University in Armenia, Russian-Armenian University, and Armenian State University of Economics were also attending the meeting. These universities are also interested in the model.
