Two universities with two-year accreditation presented to ANQA the first report on the implementation of their follow-up plan.
ANQA specialists have already studied the report of the Northern University, evaluating the process of the follow-up plan implementation. Now they are studying the report of Mkhitar Gosh Armenian-Russian International University.
The conclusion of ANQA is being sent to university and Accreditation Committee.
According to Accreditation statute universities with two-year conditional accreditation should present a report on follow-up plan implementation to ANQA every 6 months. Universities with 4 and 6-year accreditation should make an internal institutional audit and present the results to ANQA.
In the case when a university doesn’t take experts advice and doesn’t ensure the implementation of the approved follow-up plan, then, according to Accreditation Statute, the accreditation given to the university can be cancelled.
