Today a meeting with the directors of 12 regional state colleges took place at ANQA. The main principles of the institutional accreditation were at the core of the discussion.
At the moment a pilot peer review is conducted in regional state colleges. The aim of the process is to help the colleges to prepare for institutional accreditation.
ANQA specialists suggested the vocational educational institutions evaluate their activities against the 10 criteria of institutional accreditation and hold discussions based on the results thus preparing the institution for self-assessment and accreditation.
It was agreed to hold a meeting with the QA responsible of the colleges in the near future.
