During the monitoring carried out by ANQA, meetings were held with the head and deputy heads of the Educational Complex of Police. At the beginning of the meeting, Manuk Muradyan, head of the Educational Complex of Police, greeted the ANQA’s specialists and attached importance to both the work of the internal quality assurance system of the Educational Complex and the cooperation with ANQA in the context of quality assurance. Afterwards, touching upon the results of the first cycle of accreditation of the Educational Complex and the recommendations, head of the Educational Complex briefly presented the work carried out by the education institution, the enhancement process, the outcomes and pre-set further steps. During the meeting with the Educational Complex’s representatives of the Quality Assurance Center, the principles of work organization and implementation were discussed. R․ Topchyan, ANQA’s director, emphasized the role of the internal quality assurance system in data collection and processing, which contributes to data-driven decision-making and effective management. In addition, the ANQA’s director noted that the Center continues to conduct workshops on both the enhancement of quality assurance system as well as the review and enhancement of academic programmes, which develop the skills of quality assurance specialists. ANQA’s monitoring is also focused on the academic programmes. A number of issues ranging from the organization of education, enhancement to the level of satisfaction, development tendencies were discussed with the managers, teachers and students of the academic programme "Jurisprudence". At the end of the meeting, the ANQA’s specialists shared the results and impressions of the meeting with the deputy heads and head of the Educational Complex, highlighting the achievements of the institution as well as the challenges that still exist.
